SHIPPING

We are pleased to still be able to offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental U.S. for all orders over $100. We are doing our best to keep costs as low as possible on all other orders. For all orders shipped to the continental United States by UPS ground, the shipping costs are as follows:

If you prefer to have US Postal Service shipping, there is an extra $7.00 charge added to the above rates.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we must add an additional $14.00 to the above rates. We are not able to ship outside the U.S. at this time.

UPS 2nd day air is available only in the continental United States at the following rates:

We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. Shipments are usually made the next business day after an order is received. We ship UPS, USPS or equivalent unless special arrangements are made prior to shipping.  Actual delivery time will vary according to your zone, but most orders should arrive in 5-10 business days from order placement.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will add to the shipping and delivery time. Holiday seasons or out of stock items may cause delays. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will certainly notify you immediately. 

TAXES

There will be no sales tax  charged for orders shipped outside of California. For orders placed within California, 8% sales tax will be added to your order.

RETURNS

You can order from Birdfeedercabin.com with complete confidence. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of receiving it. If you need to return something, please contact us for return instructions. Returns will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited to your credit card minus any shipping and handling charges.

WARRANTIES

All products are under warranty directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Laurie Enterprise. Birdfeedercabin.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear or mistreatment of items. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced only at the discretion of Birdfeedercabin.com.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is temporarily unavailable after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 2 days and work out the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Because we try to ship every order the day after order placement, cancellation of an order must be received before the shipment goes out. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email us at support@birdfeedercabin.com to cancel an order.
